I'm seriously considering buying a Blur MZC-7 27 oz. softball bat. How does it compare to the orginal Techfire crush (orange bat)? I loved the original one. I'm a hard shot base hitter with 1 home run shot per game. How much pop does it have compared to Miken Freaks?

I need to purchase 3-4 bats for next spring season for my slowpitch team here in Toronto, Canada. We have very old bats and want to be more competetive and get new bats for a change. We think 2 x 28 oz and 1-2 x 30 oz are the way to go.

We are a typical team, not an A or B team by any means but a C to E team (our team is actually E division)....out to have fun and a few beers after
the game. That gives you an idea. I'm trying to find a great deal out there on the net for a few...

I have been managing a B league, nsa softball team for the past two seasons. I am looking to buy a good bat for under $300 that will last for a few seasons. I need help picking a bat that won't be outlawed anytime soon as I heard maybe the case with the Easton synergy plus (my first pick). The bats I have been deciding between are the Easton, dark, and a freak. I am a hard line drive hitter, with power to put up the long ball. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

Those bats are really cheap when comes to ebay, and they seem to be still quite hot (according to a price around 50 to 100 dollars).
Anyone who can compare them, STS1 is a SC500 Tri-Shell while all other bats are made of SC777 until 2003, new with SC888 for 2004, but with an even higher retail price.

Btw, whats the difference in bat construction and performance when it goes to compare those bats at 26, 28 and 30 ounces?
