both are composite i was wondering if anyone has used either of the two and how they perform. They both look like they could be pretty solid bats.

I would go with the Cf3. I just got mine the other day the pop is incredible. The ball just jumped of the bat. Every hit is solid and sounds solid, even off center hits. I havent used the rush.
